Fig. 02 — Procedure

How the audit works

Forty minutes on a call, a couple of days of my time on the report, then a plan that pays for itself the first week you use it.

Step 1The call

A quick recorded video call

Screen shared, recorded so I've got your exact workflow to build from — no relying on memory, no repeating yourself. You keep a copy too.

Step 2Walkthrough

You walk me through a normal week

The quotes, the chasing, the invoicing, the WhatsApp at 9pm — the bits that eat your evenings and the same jobs you do over and over. That's what we're hunting for.

Step 3The dig

I find where the hours go

I take it away and pull it apart — where leads go cold, where you're typing the same thing twice, where a fifteen-step job could be three. Usually there are three to seven clear leaks.

Step 4The plan

You get a written plan

Plain English. Each leak, what it's costing you in hours, and exactly how to plug it — a ready-made tool to switch on, or something I build. What to fix first, what to leave.

Step 5Your call

You decide what's worth doing

Fix it yourself off the plan — genuinely fine by me. Or I set up the tools and build the rest. Either way the audit already did its job.

Fig. 03 — Deliverable

What you walk away with

Not a sales deck. A short, honest report you could hand to your bookkeeper and they'd know exactly what to do.

01

Your week, mapped

The jobs that fill your days, laid out — including the ones you've stopped noticing because you've always done them.

02

3–7 time drains, named

The specific leaks costing you the most hours, ranked. No vague "you could use AI" — the actual bottleneck, in your business.

03

The fix for each one

A tool to switch on, a job for me to build, or a step to simply bin. With a rough hours-saved figure next to each.

04

What to do first

The one change that gives you the biggest week back for the least effort — so you're not staring at a list wondering where to start.

05

A 20-minute walkthrough

I talk you through the plan so nothing's lost in translation. Then it's yours to act on however you like.

The hours-back guaranteeIf I can't point to at least three hours a week you could claw back, you don't pay for the audit. Simple as that. I'd rather tell you it's already tight than sell you something you don't need.

Fig. 04 — After the audit

Two ways to plug the leaks

Most fixes fall into one of these. The audit tells you which is which, so you're never paying to build something you could switch on for a tenner a month.

Route A — Set-up

A ready-made tool, set up properly

Loads of the time-drains have a tool that already solves them — quoting, job tracking, invoice chasing, call answering. The catch is picking the right one and setting it up so it actually sticks. I do that bit for you.

Setup from £75 · you own the tool, cancel it whenever

Route B — Build

Something custom, for the jobs no tool covers

When your workflow's too specific for an off-the-shelf tool, I build it — enquiries landing in one place, follow-ups that send themselves, job sheets typed straight from a voice note. Priced up front, per job.

Most builds £250–£2,500 · quoted before I start

Want it kept running and tweaked as you grow? Small rolling monthly, cancel anytime. Never required.

Fig. 05 — Common leaks

The kind of thing we sort

Whatever the boring, repeat job is, there's usually a way to hand it off. A few that come up on nearly every call:

Leak 01

New enquiries sitting for hours before anyone replies

Leak 02

Quotes that take days — so you lose to whoever's quicker

Leak 03

Chasing invoices and follow-ups by hand, one at a time

Leak 04

Job details re-typed three times across three apps

Leak 05

Bookings and reminders that only happen if you remember

Leak 06

The end-of-day admin that steals your evenings

Not on the list? Show me on the call — if it's repetitive, it can probably be handed off.

Straight answers

What actually is the audit?

A recorded video call where you walk me through how your week works, then a written plan a couple of days later showing where you're losing hours and exactly how to get them back. That's it. No obligation to have me build anything.

Do I need to be techy?

No. You talk me through how you work in plain English — that's your only job. The tech side is mine. If you can share your screen on a video call, you're sorted.

Why only £99 — what's the catch?

No catch. It's priced low on purpose so it's an easy yes. Most people, once they see the plan, want me to set up or build a fix or two — that's where the real work is. But plenty take the plan and run with it themselves, and that's genuinely fine.

What if you can't find anything worth fixing?

Then I tell you straight and you don't pay for the audit — that's the hours-back guarantee. I'd rather say "you're already tight" than invent a problem to sell you a fix.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. I only look at what you show me on the call, I don't need your logins to do the audit, and I don't share or sell anything. UK-based, and happy to sign an NDA if you want one.

Am I tied into anything?

No contract. You pay for the audit, then for any fixes you choose. The optional monthly is rolling and you can cancel whenever. Everything I set up or build is yours.

Which businesses do you work with?

Mainly trades and small UK service businesses — anyone who takes calls, sends quotes, raises invoices or does the same admin over and over. Teesside locally, or anywhere in the UK over video.
