Privacy Policy

Last updated: 03 June 2026

This policy explains how MetaFlow Lab (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you contact us or use this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

MetaFlow Lab is a sole trader business based in Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom. For any privacy matter you can contact us at hello@metaflowlab.co.uk. For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the data controller for the information described here.

What data we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you contact us through the website’s enquiry form or by email, this may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any information you include in your message about your project or business

We do not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.

How we use it

We use your data only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Discuss, quote for and deliver services you ask about
  • Keep records of our business correspondence

Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we enter into a contract with you, processing is also necessary to perform that contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted third-party providers to run our business — for example email and website hosting services — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@metaflowlab.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
