These terms apply to the services provided by MetaFlow Lab (“we”, “us”), a sole trader business based in Stockton-on-Tees, United Kingdom. By engaging us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide AI agents, automation, custom software and applications, bespoke website development, and social media management. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any work will be agreed with you in writing before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting points for guidance. The price for your project will be confirmed in a written quote. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms will be set out in your quote or agreement.

Your responsibilities

To deliver your project we may need information, content, access or approvals from you in good time. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm that any material you provide does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of completed, paid-for deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the amount you paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You will be charged for work completed up to that point. Ongoing services such as social media management can be cancelled with reasonable notice as set out in your agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
